In the early years of her career, she worked in the automotive and orthopedic industry. Much of those years she worked in the regulatory division to ensure the products were built to the design specifications and served their intended purpose to protect the end users, the customer.

Billie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. She has a passion for interior and architectural design, which her passion is what lead her to real estate. She enjoys helping her clients with staging and trending new styles.

Further, Billie was an investor in her own rental properties where she bought rundown rentals and completely remodeled them to offer clean affordable housing to her tenants. She also enjoyed helping her tenants establish a line of credit enabling them to move into a home of their own. She gets great pleasure from helping others get to their goal!
